YUP Coffee Roasters is a family-run roastery and cafe overlooking the picturesque Mill River in Florence, Massachusetts, just minutes from downtown Northampton. We roast organic, fair trade coffees in small batches, and serve them at our on-site cafe, along with pastries, bagels, soup, tea, and beautiful views of the river. You can also find our coffee at many local grocery stores, markets, cafes and restaurants.
We carefully select high quality, single origin beans on a seasonal basis from farms practicing social and environmental responsibility. All of our coffees are organic and either certified fair trade or from farmer cooperatives. Manual roasting in small batches allows us to bring out the full flavor and complexity each coffee varietal has to offer. We develop beans to perfection based on their unique profiles, without over roasting. The result? A cup of coffee that will make you want to close your eyes with every sip and say, "Mmmm!"
We're family owned and operated, and proud to be part of a community of vibrant local businesses in Western Massachusetts. So stop by the roastery, meet some friends and neighbors or savor a quiet moment to yourself, and enjoy the sights and sounds of the river over a great cup of coffee.
